Genocide Watch, Inc. is a non-profit public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, and is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. The effective date of its exemption was October 30, 2002.
The Cambodian Genocide Project, Inc. is also a non-profit public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, and is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. The effective date of its exemption was October 22, 1984.
All contributions to Genocide Watch, Inc. or to the Cambodian Genocide Project, Inc., including gifts, transfers, bequests, and devises are tax deductible under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.
