Dear friends,

In partnership with the Embassy of Rwanda in Washington, D.C., the Rwandan Community in the USA is pleased to invite you to the 19th National Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi. In addition to Mr. Kizito Kalima’s and Tabitha Mugenzi’s testimonies and other memorial activities, this commemoration program will feature Ms. Patricia Crisafilli  as the keynote speaker.  Ms. Crisafulli will present “A testimony to the resilience of the people: The interconnectedness of Rwanda’s post-genocide goals towards self-reliance.” We will also have unparalleled presentations on Justice and Memory, Genocide Education and Denial, and The Survivors’ Needs,
